Kolbe Advantage Select - Raised Panel Door Configurations

  • 12 panel designs – all offered in a square, arch or eyebrow configuration, enlarge photo to view door details

Available in several variations, including:

  • 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" thick door slabs, with 3/4" thick raised panels
  • 1-3/8" or 1-3/4" thick bifolds, with matching 1/2" thick raised panels (these panels have a flat surface on reverse side)
  • Prehung in frames either single- or double-wide

  • Single bore with 2-3/8" backset, 2-1/8" face bore and 1" drive bolt
  • Astragal, for double door
  • Roller Catch or Head & Foot Bolt, for double door

  • 1-1/8" x 2-1/4" mortise latch prep

NOTE:  Hinging is determined as the door is pulled towards you.  If the hinges are on the left, it is a hinged-left (HL) door.  If the hinges are on the right, it is a hinged-right (HR) door.

The exterior of door and sidelite panels are unfinished as standard. 

Finish Option - Clear Coat or Stain

Double Clear Coat

Let the natural beauty of the wood show with a durable clear finish. Note that when a double clear coat is requested without stain, a durable, solvent-based finish will be used.

Stain

Water-based stain is applied, then two coats of clear, water-based satin finish are applied to help protect the stain. The wood is lightly sanded between the coats.  Custom stain colors may be requested.

Factory-Applied Clear Coat or Stain

Includes DP ratings; air and water infiltration test results (psf), and structural test results (psf), Hallmark certification numbers, TDI approval information, FL approval information, HVHZ approval information, and Dade County Notice of Acceptance. Products approved for impact performance are noted with the zone of approval.
  • Heritage Series Acoustic Performance Data - Test data for sound transmission loss for wood and vinyl products.
