Why Choose a Push-Out Casement?
Push-out casement windows offer uniquely simple operation. The sash are hinged at the side and push open or pull closed using a lever handle. The sash closes tightly to the frame, with weatherstripping to prevent air infiltration. Single- and multi-point locks are available.
The tight seal makes push-out casements energy efficient. Friction hinges hold the sash in place while open. Plus, push-out casements are available with retractable screens, which roll up and are concealed when not in use.
